Rivièra Maison, an international home and interiors brand, wanted to improve the online experience to match its in-store service while making it easier for customers to find products and complete purchases. The company needed a way to optimize its onsite experience, run A/B tests, and make improvements across digital channels without relying on a third party vendor acting as its IT department. To address this, it turned to Insider.
Insider helped Rivièra Maison use onsite personalization to simplify navigation with personalized “top searches,” promote “Recently Viewed Products” for returning visitors, and add pre-filled forms to speed up checkout. The results included a 17.08% uplift in Average Order Value, a 12.25% uplift in AOV from recently viewed products, and a 7.38% uplift in conversion rate from pre-filled forms.
