Justmylook, one of the UK’s fastest growing beauty retailers, wanted a new way to engage shoppers beyond traditional marketing channels and improve product discovery for mobile web users. It worked with Insider to reach customers off-site and to make it easier for visitors to find and buy relevant products.

Using Insider’s Web Push Notifications and InStory, Justmylook sent rich, dynamic messages and created immersive, personalized product discovery experiences. The results included a 23.85% opt-in rate in the first three months, a 45.48% average conversion rate for its “Abandoned Cart” web push campaign, and £28k in after-click revenue from an Easter Sale InStory campaign. Insider also helped drive 10X growth in the number of brands subscribing to Justmylook’s marketing package.
