The company worked with Insider to create individualized onsite engagement and re-engage users who had become distracted or were about to leave the site.

Using Insider’s Tab Talk, Exit Intent, Web Push notifications, and an Add to Cart Button for mobile users, ITeSHOP improved cart abandonment recovery and engagement. Insider helped drive an 11% uplift in conversion rate, a 21% uplift in AOV, and recovery of 52% of users who intended to exit, while also reducing overall bounce rate by 11%.
