Hyundai worked with Insider to build personalized lead generation overlays for its desktop website, including a triggered message on car detail pages and an exit intent overlay with callback assistance. Insider reported a 13.2% uplift in lead generation from the triggered overlay scenario and an 86% uplift from the exit intent overlay.
