airBaltic, a regional airline serving 60 destinations from Riga, Latvia, needed a way to create a more unique digital experience across its channels. With competition in the airline industry and changing traveler needs, the company wanted to improve its website experience while also lifting key metrics such as conversion rate and average session duration.
Using Insider, airBaltic tested personalized home page variations for different audience segments through an A/B/n experiment. After a 3-week test, the winning variation delivered a 5.8% conversion rate uplift compared with the original home page, along with better user experience and average session duration.
