Mealbox offers healthy, home-cooked food delivered to customers’ doors. The company was facing high cart abandonment rates through its app and needed a way to encourage shoppers to finish their orders.

Insider used its push notification technology to send a reminder to customers 15 minutes after they closed the app without completing a purchase. The notifications brought 3.2% of cart abandoners back to complete their orders, and Mealbox also received training so its team could create these notifications themselves.
