Wojas, one of Poland’s largest manufacturers of leather shoes and accessories, was facing a high level of cart abandonment on its website. The company turned to Insider for help in reaching customers who left items in their carts before completing a purchase.

Insider set up a reminder sequence for abandoned carts, sending a web push notification after two hours and, if there was no response, a follow-up email eight hours later. The web push notification delivered a conversion rate of 4.96%, and the email reminder achieved a conversion rate of 15.25%, helping reduce cart abandonment.
