Decathlon used Insider’s web engagement tools to improve onsite experiences and address several funnel challenges. The retailer wanted to reengage cart abandoners, keep visitor messaging relevant to browsing behavior, reduce checkout drop-offs, and bring shoppers back when products were back in stock.

Working with Insider, Decathlon used Notification Centre, free shipping banners, dynamic attributes, onsite experimentation tools, and web push notifications. The company reported an almost 14% increase in Conversion Rate, an 8% increase in Average Order Value from Notification Centre in a month, 14% uplift in AOV overall, 2.62% conversion rate from “In Stock” push campaigns, and 6068 additional sessions.
