Working with Insider’s web suite, including Web Push Notifications and Banner Management, Burger King ran 11 onsite banner campaigns and used behavior-based targeting to promote items like soft drinks and fries. The result was a 25% better conversion rate than the industry average and a 10.04% CTR, compared with an industry average of 6.7%, while the company also reported improvements in average order value, CTRs, and conversions in just two months.
