To address this, they partnered with the vendor Insider to implement a solution using personalized web push notifications to re-engage visitors who left their site without completing a purchase.

Insider's solution involved sending automated, personalized web push notifications to users an hour after they abandoned their cart. This off-site message served as a gentle nudge, redirecting users back to their checkout page when clicked. The results were highly successful, generating 2,814 sessions with an 8.21% click-through rate. This effort led to 231 additional completed transactions, delivering Orami an impressive IDR 184 million in extra revenue.
