Berrybenka, one of Indonesia’s first and largest fashion eCommerce companies, wanted to integrate its online and offline customer data to get a fuller view of customer behavior across key touchpoints. The company worked with Insider to build a more unified customer experience and improve how it segments and targets shoppers across channels.
Using Insider’s CDP, AI, analytics, and recommendation tools, Berrybenka created micro-segments, ran coordinated web and app campaigns, and used onsite personalization features such as exit-intent banners, gamified templates, and Smart Recommender. The results included a 13.67% web push opt-in rate, a 7.18% conversion rate uplift from gamified templates, 14,790+ leads collected, and 590+ app downloads.
