4fun Media S.A, operator of 4fun.tv, wanted a better way to drive app engagement during semester holidays. Because holiday dates vary by city in Poland and users have different app habits, broad push campaigns were unlikely to deliver strong open rates.
Using Insider Mobile Suite, 4fun Media S.A targeted users by city with geo-targeting and used Insider’s InTime technology to optimize push notification timing based on in-app behavior. The campaign encouraged users to send holiday photos for display on the 4fun.tv channel, and it produced an 8,48% push open rate and a 293% conversion rate uplift.
