Yves Rocher, a plant-based cosmetics and beauty brand with more than 1700 stores in 90 countries, wanted to improve the return on its affiliate marketing traffic. The company was bringing visitors to its Russian e-commerce site, but it had difficulty turning those visitors into customers. Insider provided real-time personalization to help address that challenge.

Insider created a comment layer that showed 5-star reviews after a visitor spent 10 seconds on a product detail page, while filtering out negative comments. The review was displayed for 15 seconds and measured with A/B testing. The campaign optimized millions of rubles and produced a 4.49% conversion uplift.
