The challenge was that the program's lengthy registration form was discouraging users from signing up, potentially costing the airline valuable customer data and long-term relationships. Using Insider’s omnichannel personalization platform, Air Arabia implemented an A/B test that removed optional fields from the form. This optimized solution drastically improved the user experience, leading to a 105.07% increase in the form completion rate. With Insider, Air Arabia successfully captured more user information without deterring potential members.
