Liberty, a financial services group with Liberty Health providing healthcare solutions, needed to modernize and future‑proof its customer communications across many channels while supporting multi‑branded outputs, secure integrations and the ability to run bi‑directional, multi‑channel customer engagements. After evaluating options, Liberty selected inQuba — specifically the inQuba Engage platform and inQuba’s engagement/service offering — to replace legacy communications and meet immediate and long‑term engagement needs.
inQuba implemented the inQuba Engage platform, migrating a subset of communications live within two months and completing the first phase in five months, then moving a few hundred legacy communications in phase two and expanding channels (email with static/dynamic PDFs, SMS and print). inQuba also put in place a service delivery model with SLAs and integration support; results included improved auditability, accurate reporting, higher throughput and faster, more reliable delivery, making Liberty more responsive to change requests and freeing the business to focus on core services.
