Despite strong customer service principles, Quilter faced a low Trustpilot Trustscore that didn’t reflect their brand, limiting customer acquisition; they needed a simple, seamless way to drive more verified customer reviews.
InMoment implemented a Trustpilot API smart redirect at the end of Quilter’s feedback survey, automatically authenticating customers and sending them to the review page in the same browser tab. The integration made leaving reviews effortless, boosted Quilt er’s Trustpilot presence and Trustscore, and provided tagged insights by office, transaction and interaction type—helping the company rebuild trust, improve reputation and better target improvements.
