With Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo, Microsoft SQL Server and Azure in play, a small marketing data team and limited IT involvement meant Lenovo needed a repeatable, platform‑agnostic way to replicate and transform data so sales and marketing could get trusted customer information faster and independently.
Lenovo adopted Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services—primarily Informatica Cloud Data Integration—to synchronize and replicate data from more than 30 sources and put intuitive integration wizards in the hands of business users. The result: integrations are built about 4x faster, roughly half of Lenovo’s integrations now use Informatica, and teams gain the flexibility and timely, trusted data needed to increase marketing effectiveness and productivity without heavy developer support.
