Mitel needed a steady flow of qualified, regionally targeted leads to feed telemarketing teams across the U.K., France and Germany and reach tightly defined UCaaS decision-makers. To solve that challenge Mitel partnered with Informa TechTarget and used Priority Engine to access purchase-intent data and identify active prospects in its EMEA target markets.
Informa TechTarget implemented Priority Engine profiles (25 audience segments), feeding matched, active prospects into Mitel’s nurture streams and directly to tele-qualification agencies. The program added roughly $2M to pipeline and generated just under $1.9M from outbound telemarketing over about two and a half quarters, while email open and click-through rates doubled—demonstrating clear, measurable impact from Informa TechTarget’s solution.
