Informa TechTarget’s Priority Engine was integrated via API into Citrix’s data warehouse and Edison CRM workflow, feeding intent data and contacts to roughly 500 Citrix users for richer segmentation and next‑best‑customer prioritization. The solution boosted pipeline building across sales, marketing and sales engineering, enabled expansion into customer success, and contributed to a fourfold increase in lead conversion.
