Telekom Deutschland, the German operating subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, wanted to promote a Spotify Premium free trial to subscribers more effectively than SMS could. The company turned to Infobip and RCS Business Messaging to create a more dynamic, branded campaign that could capture attention and drive higher conversions across different devices.

Infobip implemented an omnichannel journey using Moments to automate and deliver RCS or SMS based on device compatibility, and Conversations to route customers to human agents when needed. The result was strong performance: the RCS campaign delivered 2x better engagement and conversions than SMS, and a later campaign achieved 26% higher open rates, 66% higher engagement, and 120% higher conversion.
