Rappi, a fast-growing on-demand delivery platform with about 700,000 customers and over a million orders in the past year, needed a reliable way to preserve customer loyalty and satisfaction through timely, personalized communications. Infobip’s solution drove measurable results — steady increases in orders, sales, satisfaction and retention — exemplified by a Frisby promotion where 2,000 SMS coupons generated 150 orders in one hour.
