Solidaridad Increased reach with Voice communication

Solidaridad, an international civil society organization, needed a reliable way to reach farmers, miners, and other program beneficiaries, many of whom only had access to basic or feature phones. To move communications to digital channels, Solidaridad looked for a voice-based solution that could deliver training and key information efficiently and affordably.

Solidaridad implemented Infobip Voice with text-to-speech calls to share training, post-training assessments, and other updates across five West African countries. With Infobip, Solidaridad reached over 30,000 cocoa farmers, over 5,000 oil palm farmers, and more than 1,000 miners in Ghana, while improving timeliness, overcoming language and literacy barriers, and lowering communication costs.
