Primer Group of Companies needed to move offline shoppers to its eCommerce channels and keep them engaged as it expanded across 400 stores and 150 monobrands. With limited analytics and the pressure of pandemic store closures, Primer Group turned to Infobip and its Viber Business Messaging service to better connect with customers and drive online sales.
Infobip implemented conversational campaigns through Viber, giving Primer Group direct links, exclusive offers, voucher codes, and reporting tools to track engagement, validate data, and focus spend on active users. The results were strong: Bratpack achieved a 225% month-on-month sales boost, 53% of users redeemed codes, and the store hit 401% of its total sales target, showing a major lift in eCommerce traffic and revenue.
