Sila BG, looking to discover new ways to engage customers and boost sales as communication habits shifted, partnered with Infobip to adopt a mobile-first approach. They implemented Infobip OMNI (covering SMS, email and chat apps) and used the Infobip Portal to trial Viber messaging as a richer, more personalized channel for promotional campaigns.
Infobip enabled Sila BG to run Viber campaigns with images, long-form text and CTAs through the OMNI platform and Portal, providing real-time delivery and error reporting. The results were strong: roughly 80% click-through rates on Viber messages and a 3–4% increase in daily unique website visitors; Sila BG attributed about 70% of the campaign’s success to Viber, and plans to expand similar Infobip-driven outreach into new regions.
