Nissan Saudi Arabia partnered with Infobip to modernize customer engagement for a young, mobile-first audience and improve lead generation. Using WhatsApp for both support and marketing, Nissan launched the “Kaito” 24/7 chatbot and needed a more creative way to capture attention during new vehicle launches, especially for models like the Patrol and Magnite.
Infobip helped Nissan build conversational campaigns on WhatsApp, including carousel-based teaser reveals and an AI-powered voice game using Infobip’s Vocalize and Customer Data Platform integrations with Salesforce. The results were strong: the Patrol campaign reached 18,000+ new users, drove 23,000 sessions with 86% engagement, generated 40+ brochure downloads, and achieved a 26% conversion rate; the Magnite campaign delivered 80% session engagement, with 76% of participants joining via Click-to-WhatsApp ads and 84% of users being first-time engagers.
