Mambu, an affordable and flexible cloud banking platform serving 100+ microfinance organizations across 30 countries, needed to add global SMS capability to its SaaS offering to support notifications and verification for banking and finance use cases. To solve this, Mambu selected Infobip and its SMS API to provide global messaging coverage and telecom expertise.

By integrating Infobip’s SMS API into a regular software release, Mambu connected to Infobip’s global messaging platform (coverage across 190 countries) with 24/7 technical support. Infobip enabled Mambu’s clients to send real-time automated SMS notifications and implement SMS-based two-factor authentication for PIN delivery, delivering improved customer reach, security, and ongoing development and support.
