Covéa Group’s Life Insurance Department, for the MMA CAP brand, wanted to improve on its SMS and email campaigns by creating a more engaging, end-to-end conversational experience for retirement products. Working with Infobip, the team aimed to reduce drop-off, increase interest, and boost conversions by moving from a multichannel journey to a single-channel conversational approach.

Infobip implemented an omnichannel campaign using RCS Business Messaging, Moments, People CDP, and Answers, combining personalized messaging, an interactive quiz, and chatbot support. The campaign reached 15,000 customers and delivered an 11% conversion rate, with only one unsubscribe request; by comparison, a previous email campaign achieved just a 0.05% conversion rate.
