GAME HOURS wanted to create innovative, engaging campaigns for female gamers around the globe, and needed a partner with competitive SMS pricing, global coverage, and flexible support. After working with local Taiwan vendors, the company chose Infobip for its broader reach and voice/SMS capabilities to help deliver interactive player experiences.
Infobip implemented SMS campaigns using Moments and immersive Voice campaigns, including personalized calls from in-game characters. With Infobip’s platform and carrier support, GAME HOURS quickly set up Voice and improved outbound call bandwidth. The results were strong: GAME HOURS reported up to a 99% conversion rate from voice listeners to gameplay, along with SMS delivery rates reaching 92% and other campaign delivery rates of 85%, 91%, and 73%.
