Avon Morocco wanted to digitally transform its sales-representative recruitment while preserving its direct-sales model, and it needed a stable messaging provider to reach, onboard, and grow a younger network. Avon turned to Infobip’s SMS service to promote its new Avon Grow application and send personalized communications and offers.
Infobip implemented SMS with API integration, tagging, segmentation, and real-time reporting so Avon could target messages more effectively and track engagement. The result was more than 50% more representative activations, up to 10% driven by personalized offers, and the ability to send over one million messages each year.
