IBM Trusteer needed to maintain high availability across a large fraud-prevention platform to protect against online, mobile, and cross-channel fraud. To support this, IBM used InfluxData’s InfluxDB and Telegraf as part of its DevOps monitoring approach, helping the Cloud Operations team monitor infrastructure and application performance across hundreds of virtual servers.

InfluxData enabled IBM to collect operational metrics with Telegraf, store them in InfluxDB, and visualize the data in Grafana for the Operations Department. The result was better visibility into system health and performance, helping IBM maintain service availability and manage a complex environment at scale.
