Renaissance, a global leader in assessment, reading and math solutions for pre-K–12 schools, runs the Royals community and an educator recognition program called Honor Roll. Wanting to refresh the program to better deliver professional resources, they aimed to strengthen best-practice adoption, boost customer loyalty and increase renewal rates.

Renaissance redesigned Honor Roll into a guided program requiring completion of best-practice challenges, data check-ins and year‑long student-growth reports, created internal advisory groups to set metrics and content, and integrated the program into Customer Success and Sales workflows. The changes drove a 24% YoY increase in community membership, a 67% rise in Honor Roll participants, 6,456 challenges completed, over 5,300 discussion replies year‑to‑date, and a 5% increase in renewal rates.
