Rubrik, a provider of enterprise data resilience and ransomware protection, needed a scalable way to engage its technical customer base and move beyond time-consuming, manual relationship management. The company wanted a centralized community that would deliver useful, career-enhancing content, streamline requests for product feedback and references, and make onboarding and ongoing engagement easier for customers and internal teams.

Rubrik launched Rubrik Guardians on Influitive, using a superhero-themed experience with targeted channels, structured onboarding, a VIP program, themed rewards, and reference-management integration with Salesforce. The community grew from about 600 to 800+ members, reduced manual effort, increased cross-team access to customer feedback, boosted advocacy and product input, and freed the team to focus on higher-value content and initiatives.
