How To Launch A Customer Advocacy Program When You’re Too Busy For Another Project

Kareo, the cloud-based medical technology platform for independent practices, needed to scale its customer advocacy program but didn’t have the bandwidth. Lea Chatham, Kareo’s busy Content Marketing Manager who ran the Friends of Kareo program, was managing 300 advocates with manual Excel processes and mass emails and aimed to grow to 700 advocates while getting more targeted case studies, testimonials and sales references.

Kareo relaunched Friends of Kareo on Influitive’s AdvocateHub and engaged Influitive’s Professional Services to build strategy, content, challenges, rewards and recruitment tactics, plus four weeks of post-launch support and templates to save time.
