They rebranded the Ambassador program, involved teams across the company, offered perks and local “Hootups,” and launched Influitive’s AdvocateHub to centralize, gamify and scale activities. In 10 months the advocate base grew seven-fold, producing 9,000 content shares (3,000 pieces in 15 languages), 8,000 #HootAmb mentions, 81 million social impressions, 245,000 clicks, a SlideShare with 16,000 views that drove 200+ sign-ups, and improved forum self‑solve rates from 30% to 65%, with measurable customer conversions from Hootups.
