FloQast, a provider of accounting workflow automation, needed a better customer community and advocacy program after its previous platform failed to engage customers or support two-way interaction. The company turned to Influitive to replace a discussion-only community with one that could activate advocates, encourage peer learning, and better support its growing customer base.

Influitive helped FloQast launch the new FloVerse community with gamification, personalized journeys, Salesforce integration, and targeted campaigns to drive participation.
