Cisco needed a better way to keep newly certified IT professionals engaged after they earned their CCNA credentials and to encourage them to continue on to CCNP and recertification. Through its Cisco Cert Insiders community, Cisco also wanted a stronger way to gather feedback, share success stories, and maintain long-term customer advocacy. It partnered with Influitive and used the Influitive AdvocateHub platform for this effort.

Influitive helped Cisco launch and manage an engaging, branded advocate community with gamification, challenges, leaderboards, rewards, and easy feedback collection. The results were strong: Cisco Cert Insiders grew from 3,000 to 11,000 members, NPS rose to 75, and the program generated 28,000 social shares and 300,000 clicks. With Influitive, Cisco deepened engagement with its most loyal supporters and improved the reach and impact of its certification program.
