Ektron, a provider of enterprise content management and digital experience software, needed to inject new energy into its annual SYNERGY customer conference. Fred, Ektron’s Media and Customer Relations Manager, was tasked with mobilizing attendees to produce videos, spark fun activities, boost award nominations, and capture testimonials — work that would normally require multiple team roles, but he had only one person.
