Greenway launched the Greenway Champions community on Influitive, integrating it with Salesforce, customizing profiles and targeted asks, automating workflows, and training internal teams. In under three years the program doubled membership (657 to 1,409), delivered 931 references, boosted engagement during the pandemic, and replaced manual processes with streamlined tracking, reporting, and a scalable advocacy program.
