Greenway Health, which provides EHR, practice management, and revenue cycle solutions for medical practices, was hampered by a cumbersome, spreadsheet-based reference program that was hard to scale, offered little recognition to customers, and made it difficult for sales and marketing to find willing references. In under three years the program doubled membership (657 to 1,409), delivered 931 references, boosted engagement during the pandemic, and replaced manual processes with streamlined tracking, reporting, and a scalable advocacy program.
