Sage wanted to strengthen customer loyalty and brand awareness by creating two-way conversations with its users through an online advocate community. Using Influitive AdvocateHub, Sage built and grew its Champions advocacy program, with a focus on engaging customers more authentically and supporting them with meaningful, value-added interactions.
Influitive helped Sage launch three regional, multilingual communities, create and manage challenges, and track engagement through dashboards and reporting. As a result, Sage increased active user engagement from about 25% to a consistent 35%, while also gaining better insight into referrals and advocacy activity to keep the community growing over time.
