Blackbaud Launches Customer Advocacy Program and Gets 77 Referrals in 10 Days

Blackbaud, a leading provider of nonprofit software, wanted to expand its customer advocacy beyond a limited LinkedIn group without overwhelming advocates. Michael Beahm, Customer Advocate Marketing Manager, needed a way to engage customers across channels to drive referrals, press participation, social sharing and conference promotion while keeping the program personal.
