Aico, the European market leader in home life safety, wanted to improve engagement with the 5,000 installers it trains each year and make its education programme more flexible and valuable. After modernising from paper-based, in-person sessions to a more digital approach, Aico looked to Influitive and its community platform to create a better training experience for installers.
Influitive helped Aico launch the Expert Installer community, turning training into a virtual, gamified journey with bite-sized challenges, rewards, and ongoing discussion. The results were strong: Aico surpassed its first-year goal of 1,000 members by reaching more than 2,000 advocates, with 1,150 active installers, 21,263 acts of advocacy, 15,281 completed challenges, and a measurable first-year ROI of $111,960.
