Facing the challenge of engaging a broader customer base and collecting product feedback without time-consuming, one-by-one outreach, the team re-envisioned their Ambassador Rewards program to make advocacy easily accessible to all clients.

They opened the AdvocateHub via single sign‑on from ADP products, used Influitive’s Campaign Content Library for gamified campaigns (e.g., an outer-space onboarding theme), and enabled Product Development to collect feedback at scale. The results: 4,000+ Ambassadors (up 147%), 5.7 new members per day, 9,000+ administration hours saved, a 14% higher NPS among engaged advocates, 5,075 content shares producing 33,435 clicks, and plans to roll out five more AdvocateHubs.
