Procore Technologies set out to build a scalable advocate marketing program to better engage and support its customers. When Larisa Sandu joined as Customer Advocacy Program Manager in 2017, she used voice-of-the-customer research to design Builder’s Club, a strategic initiative focused on recruiting the right advocates, nurturing them with valuable resources, and reaching them through an omnichannel approach.

The Builder’s Club grew organically around advocate needs and delivered strong results: 7,807 new advocates, nearly a 50% engagement rate, more than 15,500 social shares that drove over 102,000 website visits, and 143,000 advocacy challenges completed in AdvocateHub—while also strengthening customer relationships and career support.
