Verint, The Customer Engagement Company™, runs a successful customer advocacy program called Elevate powered by Influitive, but struggled to get its sales team to understand and use it. Despite videos, training and one-on-one outreach, reps would get distracted by other priorities and the program wasn’t being leveraged to drive references, social selling, or sales enablement.
Verint launched Elevate Inside — a 90-day internal advocacy contest and education campaign repackaging customer-facing content for sales, with Influitive Professional Services support and sales leadership buy-in. The program drove rapid adoption and activity: 92% of the targeted sales audience joined (68% engagement initially, rising to 81%), 74 new advocate referrals, 2,700+ completed challenges and ~900 social shares in the first phase, and after six months more than 1,300 shares, 5,200+ clicks, 4,200+ completed challenges and expansion from ~80 to nearly 350 employees — boosting social selling, reference sourcing and cross-team collaboration.
