Royal Mail MarketReach, working with creative agency The Kite Factory, needed a more efficient way to deliver and measure leads for their Door-to-Door service. Long, customised buyer journeys meant complex conversions were often lost when prospects called, and any new solution had to sit alongside MarketReach’s existing Adobe setup without disruption.

Infinity provided visitor-level dynamic call tracking that links every call to the originating visit, source and keyword and integrates with Adobe, Google Ads, Bing and other platforms. The result (Q4 2018 vs Q4 2017): CTR +233% and CPC -41%; leads +73% while CPL fell 31%; total calls more than doubled, quality calls rose from 25% to 33%, requests for information increased 113%, and website visits were four times more likely to produce calls.
