Holiday Discount Centre (HDC) is a leading UK holiday price comparison site (launched 2002, with sister brand Cheekytrip launched in 2013) that acts as a shop window for over 40 travel brands. Before working with Infinity, HDC could not report which keywords were driving call conversions or which affiliates were responsible for calls, leaving them unable to manage bids, accurately measure affiliate performance and at risk of paying multiple affiliates for the same call.
In February 2014 HDC implemented Infinity’s cloud-based visitor‑level call tracking, which assigns unique phone numbers and visitor IDs, captures channel/network/keyword/location and session data, and applies an affiliate‑only attribution model with a 7‑day look‑back (plus separate tracking pools per agent). This delivered affiliate- and keyword-level call reporting, eliminated duplicate affiliate claims, improved cost-per-call and PPC measurement, ensured accurate billing and drove significant efficiencies and profitability in their digital marketing.
