Sodexo, the food services conglomerate, needed a way to capture candid, real-time feedback across a dispersed, largely remote employee base to understand engagement and act on concerns. To solve gaps in frequent leader-employee interactions and real-time insights, Sodexo partnered with inFeedo and deployed its AI engagement chatbot, Amber, to surface honest sentiment across the employee lifecycle.
inFeedo’s Amber created a virtual “open door,” prioritized at‑risk employees for rapid intervention, and informed targeted engagement programs (including town halls, D&I focus groups, and the “Learning Unlocked” initiative). The deployment delivered measurable impact: an 82% employee response rate, a 4.3 org mood score (out of 5), an 86 engagement score (out of 100), and a 100% (18/18) at‑risk reduction, helping Sodexo strengthen trust and improve year‑on‑year engagement.
