inFeedo’s Amber was rolled out across key lifecycle touchpoints (Tenure, Moments That Matter, Exit) to gather feedback, surface patterns, recommend resources and support upskilling. The deployment produced measurable growth in organizational transparency and two‑way communication, improved accountability for managers and employees, and delivered actionable insights from surveys and exit feedback that HR uses to target interventions and improve engagement.
