Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., an FMCG headquartered in Mumbai, partnered with inFeedo (since July 2019) to address engagement surveys that weren’t driving change, inconsistent HR touchpoints across the workforce, and difficulty closing actions based on employee feedback. Godrej needed a solution to capture timely sentiment, keep regular contact with employees, and give leaders a single place to track and act on feedback.

inFeedo deployed its conversational analytics product Amber to reach out to 700+ employees regularly, surface insights via a central dashboard, and drive monthly review meetings for targeted action. As a result, Godrej achieved almost a 90% company-wide response rate, an 80% engagement score and an 18% improvement in mood score, with Amber becoming the go-to platform for tracking sentiment and closing feedback-driven actions.
