M&T Bank, a community-focused financial services company, needed to better equip its 5,000 retail employees to support customers using new digital banking tools while maintaining high service levels. After conventional training fell short, M&T Bank turned to Inbenta and its Learn platform to improve digital adoption, employee confidence, and customer service.

Inbenta implemented a comprehensive digital education solution for M&T Bank that included employee learning, in-branch demos, and customer self-service tutorials with micro-learning, gamification, and interactive demos. The results included an estimated $2.03M in cost avoidance, 146,000 minutes saved in call/service time, 64,000 customers using a new digital feature, 11.5 million pageviews, 2.2 million digital demos viewed, and 171,000 courses completed.
